Plotfolio is a project management platform for self-build construction projects in the United Kingdom. The platform may be used to manage site visits, tradesperson bookings, project timelines, and related communications.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to submit false or misleading information.

3. Site visit bookings

When you submit a site visit booking request through Plotfolio, you are making a request that is subject to confirmation by the project owner. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation by email. Plotfolio does not guarantee the availability of any particular slot.

4. Verification

Where the platform requires you to submit a verification number (such as a VIA number), you confirm that the number you provide is accurate and belongs to you or your business. Submission of false verification details may result in your request being declined.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this platform, including text, design, and code, is the property of Plotfolio and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Plotfolio provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to missed bookings, incorrect information, or service interruptions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
